Inventory Management

40 backend processes running for data collection.

CATOZ's processes collect data by using aws-cli, aws-sdk or other inventory DBMS and the data can be stored as a json file, a MySQL database or csv, etc..

All of this data are maintained yearly

Request/Change/Problem Mgmt

Provides services for request management, change management, problem management, and approval procedures for each step.

Calendar

Display events such as Requests, change jobs, and problems on the calendar by daily, weekly and monthly.

Key Distribution

CATOZ automatically distributes server access ssh keys to a user through CATOZ's account approval process.

Configuration Backup

Catoz backup L4, IPS configurations of which are not managed by AWS.

Alert Critial Event

Delivers critical events given by AWS such as Trusted Advisor and Health Event to operators, admins or customers.
